A few days ago a guy emailed me and asked me if he could use one of my images of a cute little bushbaby for his petstore sign. Do you have any idea what I should do? How much to charge? How to copyright? If he should have a higher resolution image to reproduce on the sign.. etc etc
A friend said I should charge low, like $25, but she tends to be less restrictive of her rights. She even showed me a creative commons license site and I don't agree with their terms. Now freelancers.com says $500 at least for a logo image for a commercial company. Another friend said that they would definitely charge that one-time no-royalties fee of $500.
I'm thinkin at least $100 so I can officially copyright it and make a profit as it'll be used to promote someone's business for as long as that business is alive after all.
Has anyone ever done this before?!
*flails in anxiety!*

Speed is nothing without control.
War doesn't determine who is right, only who is left.
Do not try and bend the spoon, thats impossible. Instead only try to realise the truth.
The greatest part of a war is its ending.
(it didn't let me just post it normally, so I replied! I'm crafty.)

Q: Is there such a thing as a swashbuckling metafictional parody about pirates and break-dancing zombies?
A: Why, yes. It's called Derelict Heaven.
Crafty indeed! Hi! Yay! You are here! And I am here! I so need to
